If you want to purchase a fully built out van from us or if you already own and van and would like to finance the build, you can apply for a loan through LightStream. Do you supply vans or do I have to supply the van?

We do both. If you own a van and would like us to build it out, we can absolutely do that. We also buy vans, convert them and sell them to clients. Sometimes we pre-sell vans to clients as well. That means if we have a van reserved at the dealership that will be arriving in the coming months, you can reserve the van and buildout with a deposit. Once the van arrives, you purchase it and we will build it out.

Do you only work on Sprinters?

We specialize in Mercedes Sprinter Vans but we are open to working on other platforms. We have worked on Mercedes Metris Vans, Ford Transits & Dodge Promasters. We consider each van on a project to project basis.

Do you allow drop-ins to the shop?

No, we are by appointment only. Please email or call us to schedule a meeting.

How long do buildouts typically take?

Full buildouts take anywhere from 3-6 months. It just depends on the build. On average, 144” full build outs typically take 3-4 months to complete.

What if I know I want a van but have no idea where to begin?

Check out photos of our builds and watch the videos on our home page. This should give you some ideas of different layouts. If you don’t see one you love, don’t worry. We can work with you to design your own layout. Then fill out the questionnaire on our website. We will reach out to schedule a phone call once we receive your answers.

How does the process work?

First, purchase a van. Second, either select one of our layouts or choose to do a custom layout. You then select your colors, finishes and upgrades. Lastly, we schedule your build.

How much does it cost?

Short wheel bases (144” Sprinter or the Short Ford Transit) generally range between $80-$120k+ for a full conversion. Long wheel bases (170” Sprinter or Long/Extended Ford Transit) generally range between $90k-$140k+ for a full conversion. Phase 1 projects (windows, insulation, Maxxair fans, flooring, wall panels, roof rack & ladder, solar power system and electrical) typically cost between $35k-$50k depending on material choices and wheel base. An average build cost with us is typically $90,000-$100,000.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers the craftsmanship of the build and materials. Each appliance is covered by its respective manufacturer. We warranty the electrical system, cabinetry, flooring, upholstery and plumbing. 3 years / 36,000 miles (Whichever comes first).

Do you do single item installations?

Yes, we offer single item installation services to any camper van 10 years old or newer. Some of the things we typically install are windows, solar, fan, diesel heater, swivel seats, vents and battery power system installs.

Do you do partial builds or full build-outs in phases?

Yes. We are happy to work on your van in phases. Phase 1 is usually windows, insulation, Maxxair fans, flooring, wall panels, roof rack & ladder, solar power system and electrical.

Do you work with people remotely?

Yes, we work with people from all over the United States.
